In the war against spam I have decided not to use addresses such as sales/help/webmaster/etc at my website. So if you do send a mail to one of these type of addresses then it will probably be blocked by my spam filter. I'm very glad I made that decision looking at the amount of spam that is generated to these types of addresses!
